At this time we only take appointments over the phone.
This is the best way to give you and your pup the best service.
Is this your first time setting up a grooming appointment? Wonderful! We look forward to hearing from you and answering any questions you may have. When you call we will set up a profile for you and your dog. We will need to ask the following information from you when you call.

Profile Information
We will ask you for your full name, phone number, email. and zip code.
Our grooming appointments are set up through a different system that cannot be accessed through our website.

Dog Information
We will need your dog's name, breed, gender, if they are fixed, approx weight and approximate birthday, We require all dogs to be current on their distemper and rabies vaccinations to be groomed in our facilities. We will need the name of your vet so we can call to get a verbal confirmation on vaccination dates. Let us know if your pup has any allergies, health issues that we should be aware of and if they can have treats.

Service Name
Check out our spa menu to see what service will be best for your pup's needs. We will set up your first appointment based on mutual availablity and services needed. The first appointment may be longer as the groomer will chat with you before starting their groom and easing your pup into a new environment.

Policies
At your first appointment our grooming receptionist will go over our grooming policies with you such as cancellations and late fees, rescheduling procedures, photo releases, etc. Feel free to look through our policies ahead of time. You can view these from the drop down menu under grooming spa.
