Michael's Barkery Loyalty Programs
In store we offer a punch card (1 punch = $10 spent)
When ten punches are achieved, you may choose any bag of our housemade treats for free (Value of $6.99-$9.99). This excludes our Wagyu beef training treats.

Unfortunately we cannot combine the online PAwsitive Points with our Michael's Barkery Loyalty card program at this time.
We apologize for any inconvenience.

Our online PAWsitve points offer a free bag of treats after $100 of online purchases through our Michael's Barkery website and redeemable for shipping alongside an order or available for pickup in store at any time.

Ordering:
Orders are subject to acceptance. Michael's Barkery reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you. Michaelsbarkery.com is not responsible for incorrect addresses or typographical errors in your order, please double-check your information.
For bagged treats please allow 1-3 business days to complete your order. For custom treats please allow up to 7 business days to complete your order. For Bulk orders please allow 7-10+ business days to complete your order. dependent upon the quanitity and intricacy.
Changes to your order or cancellations are not always possible, but email us at inquiry@michaelsbarkery.com or call 843-471-1199 and we will make every reasonable attempt to fulfill your request.

Payment:
Michael's Barkery accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and Michael's Barkery electronic gift cards (online only). We are sorry, at this time, electronic gift cards are not redeemable in our store, and store gift certificates are not redeemable on our website.
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. For your protection, we will ask you for the 3-digit CVC/CVV code from the back of your credit card.
Please be sure that your billing address is the same as the address that your credit card company has on file. Non-matching addresses may cause your transaction to be declined by our bank.

Shipping:
Michael's Barkery ships only to the US. Orders totaling $100 or more will receive free standard shipping. Typically most orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Should there be any delay, we will let you know, and let you know when you might expect your package.

ALASKA & HAWAII
Extra shipping charges will apply for Alaska and Hawaii. Michael's Barkery will contact you after your order to advise of extra charges and collect accordingly. Customer has option to cancel order for a full refund. At this time, orders being shipped to Alaska or Hawaii will not qualify for free shipping if cart totals $100 or more.

In the unlikely event that something is wrong with your order or food item please contact us immediately. 843-471-1199

Boutique items We are happy to offer refunds in store on any products (not perishable) returned to us within thirty days of your receipt, provided they are in their original, unopened and unused condition. With original packaging and tags as well as your receipt. Please allow 10 business days from our issue of your refund and for the amount to be in your account, as the communication between our accounts and your bank takes time.
